Companion to the CBRE Workplace Research Shelf · 4 September 2026
Direct-download links for the CBRE research on your shelf. Only some of these reports exist as a public PDF — most of CBRE's recent workplace research is published as web pages or sits behind an email gate, so this sheet marks each one honestly rather than pretending a file exists.

Full 34-page book. Offices chapter starts p.19. Contains the office employment and prime rent forecasts on your shelf.
02_office-segment_european-outlook-2026.pdf698 investors, surveyed Nov–Dec 2025. Useful line for design work: 73% of investors are pursuing retrofit or development, and retrofit outranks ground-up. Warsaw ranks 3rd for cross-border interest — the CEE datapoint.
02_office-segment_european-investor-intentions-2026.pdfThese PDF addresses came back in search results and look correct, but I didn't open each one. If a link 404s, the report page underneath is the fallback.
The 2025 edition has no public PDF, so this is the most recent European occupier survey available as a file. At the far edge of your two-year window — use it for the methodology and chart formats, and take the current numbers from the 2025 web page.
01_occupancy_european-occupier-sentiment-2024.pdfA regional cut of the 2025 European survey, and the only 2025 occupier survey I found as an open PDF. Hosted on CBRE's marketing platform rather than mediaassets.
01_occupancy_nordic-occupier-sentiment-2025.pdfThe UK national outlook, offices chapter included. Relevant because London sets the fit-out cost ceiling now quoted globally.
02_office-segment_uk-outlook-2026.pdfEnglish edition. The closest large-market comparator to CEE office fundamentals, and a common HQ market for Bratislava-based occupiers. A German-language edition also exists.
02_office-segment_germany-outlook-2026.pdfCaution. This is the flagship report's Part 1 as a PDF, but it is hosted on a third-party file server, not on cbre.com — almost certainly a broker's client collateral. The content is CBRE's; the hosting isn't. Fine for your own reading, but cite the cbre.com page in anything client-facing.
01_occupancy_GWOI-2026-part1_UNOFFICIAL.pdfThese are published as web pages, interactive books, or downloads behind an email form. For a flat archive copy, open the page and print to PDF (Ctrl+P → Save as PDF). The change management pieces are all short articles — printing works cleanly on those.
Four separate web articles plus a Tableau dashboard — no single PDF on cbre.com. Print each part, or subscribe via the form on the page to get the parts emailed as they publish. Parts: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Not a document at all. Filter by sector and region in the browser, then export the view you need as an image or crosstab from Tableau's own download button.
Newer than the 2025 edition and worth having: 89% now require 3+ days (up from 78%), two-thirds plan to hold or grow their portfolio, and 64% of tech firms plan to expand. Also names location as the barrier no workplace investment can offset.
Press release. Short, quotable, and the cleanest single citation for the attendance-versus-investment gap.
Your most relevant occupier survey, and web-only. The 2024 PDF above is the archive substitute.
The CEE cut — the version to quote in Slovak pitches. Also on CBRE UK, which sometimes carries a download the global site doesn't.
Keep alongside the 2026 edition for the year-on-year movement in enforcement and monitoring.
Only needed for APAC-spanning portfolios.
The one you most want as a file, and the hardest to get. Published as an interactive book across several pages, with the PDF behind a request form. Ask CBRE Research or your Project Management colleagues for the internal copy — it circulates inside CBRE. Chapters: detailed cost analysis, spotlight locations, costing guide.
Sector-specific fit-out benchmark. Interactive book, same format as the global guide.
Short article. Prints to one or two pages.
Three-minute article, prints to a single page. Your strongest citation for change management inside a design fee. Note CBRE's own disclosure that the text was AI-assisted.
The origin of most change management statistics quoted elsewhere. Companion piece: The Experience.
Short article on folding change work into site selection rather than after lease signature.
CBRE Slovakia quarterly release, published as a news article. Later editions appear on CBRE Slovakia Insights; the quarterly MarketView PDFs are usually available internally from the Slovak research team.
